2019 you threw me for a few loops โžฐโžฐ . I broke 2 teeth and some of my self limiting beliefs. ๐Ÿค“ . I got a new car ๐Ÿš—, (only) 1 black eye #bjj , and into the grad program of my dreams: Penn's Master's in Applied Positive Psychology ๐Ÿ“š . Some of my projects flew, and some of them failed; all of them taught me important lessons. ๐Ÿค” . I helped clients grow, change, get lean, gain self awareness and confidence. And they grew me as a coach and human being. .
