Sometimes you just need a change in perspective ðŸĪ” . . . I haven't posted much the last few months as I underwent some huge personal transformations. Some days have been a struggle; other days the progress has been obvious. Through it all my meditation and self care have let me see my own resiliency. They've taught me to look beyond my flitting thoughts to my deeper self and work to my real truths. They've also shown me that much of life is what I do with it and how I interpret what's happening around me. . . .
