Sometimes you just need a change in perspective 🤔 . . . I haven't posted much the last few months as I underwent some huge personal transformations. Some days have been a struggle; other days the progress has been obvious. Through it all my meditation and self care have let me see my own resiliency. They've taught me to look beyond my flitting thoughts to my deeper self and work to my real truths. They've also shown me that much of life is what I do with it and how I interpret what's happening around me. . . . Things will get hard, they'll feel weird, you won't understand it - keep going. Explore the challenge. Hunt for someone who's handled something similar and learn from them. Are you getting wrist pain during yoga? Struggling with your hand balancing asanas? ....are you warming up your wrists well?.. 🤔 😱 We spend time warming up our hips and shoulders, but neglect our poor wrists!! Here's are 5 quick wrist warm ups... I suggest trying Crow, doing this sequence, and then do Crow again to feel the difference! .. 💁‍♀️ . ➡️with fingers toward you and the back of your handss on the mat, sit back and stretch your wrist one way. . . ➡️with fingers toward you put your palms on the mat, sit back, and stretch your wrist the other way . . ➡️roll your wrists in circles on the floor . . ➡️interlace your fingers behind your back and press your palms towards the floor . . ➡️reach one hand forward and stretch with the other hand. First palm up, then palm down. Repeat on the other side. . . How's that Crow Pose feel now?
