2019 you threw me for a few loops ➰➰ . I broke 2 teeth and some of my self limiting beliefs. 🤓 . I got a new car 🚗, (only) 1 black eye #bjj , and into the grad program of my dreams: Penn's Master's in Applied Positive Psychology 📚 . Some of my projects flew, and some of them failed; all of them taught me important lessons. 🤔 . I helped clients grow, change, get lean, gain self awareness and confidence.
