It’s Monday, which means back to lifting. In July the large gym I work for will host one of my favorite events of the year: Tug E War. This isn’t your church picnic tug o war – the accent on this one is WAR.

Every club in the New York area fields a team, and my former club has won the last 3 years in a row.  I was on 2 of them. I like winning.

Time to prep:


In addition I rocked kettle bell complexes, vipr, and trx to keep me pushing in 10 minute blocks.
