In the last 7 days I’ve worked out more than the prior 6 weeks combined. I feel better, I’m eating better, my pain is diminished. This last week has been great. And my energy is through the roof. Only 93 days to go!
Day 5: resistance intervals on precor elliptical
Day 6: walked 12 miles
Day 7: ran for the first time in months
Today I’m looking forward to lifting and excited for another week!
