Last week I took a box jump spill (aka I ate shit and bashed up my shins) and gashing one pretty bad. No stitches, but I’m back and blue and I will have a killer scar. So this set list is a throw back tribute to my box jump fail. This list is a total throw back: you can’t go wrong with ac/dc, which makes me feel hard-core when working out to them. Taking the spill bruised my ego more than my Shin, so I need a bad ass boost. Having some killer music that’s not so pop is helpful to bring back the confidence. I’m willing to admit my faults, learn from them, and keep on keepin on. Enjoy.
