It’s becoming more and more common knowledge that sugar in high doses is a chronic poison. It leads to a host of health problems, contributing to heart disease, diabetes, and chronic inflammation – some studies even link it to higher cancer risks. But food companies in the United States add it to just about everything to increase your cravings for their crap. I’m a huge advocate for eating things that are grow on plants, not thinks made in plants (thank you Mr. Polland). Upworthy had a great infographic to explain why (click through for original post):
